-Create and implement the data model feeding Power BI (Sales/Marketing & CRM)

- Coordinate the entire process (responsible for the consistency of dashboards created by different CRM users / for volumes and revenues).

Technical environment: Data visualization and Reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Excel VBA, Access), data integration (Talend and SSIS), databases (SQL Server, SQL/PYTHON, SFDC), and Business Intelligence (ORACLE Audience Builder, JIRA, ELOQUA)

- Implement the KPIs feeding the tool and train users.

- Participate in analyses derived from Power BI Reporting/Dashboards to propose data action plans and alert when a change in commercial process impacts our monitoring.

- Ensure the development of PowerBI Reporting/Dashboards to enable better customer knowledge and verify proper database usage.

- Work with Sales departments to develop reports related to the usage of our commercial databases.

- Inform new users about report evolutions. Propose solutions to expressed needs.

- Present Sales monitoring dashboards to Sales/Marketing Management and gather evolution needs.

- Create various Commercial/Marketing Campaigns, Segmentation, Analysis, data integration, and respond to expressed data needs.

- Participate in the Database Migration project: Analyze gaps after loading into the new system and participate in data mapping.

Project

Implementation of a tool for managing the vehicle fleet and assigning offices to employees

Role

- Manage VLP fleet databases, process and validate data before integration into the IS.

- Ensure the expression and analysis of functional needs and conduct regular assessments and inventories of occupants.
