Nour Islem Kooli

I am a Full-Stack Django Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on production experience, specialising in building secure, scalable web applications from the ground up.

My most significant project is TuSchool — a complete school management platform I designed, built, and deployed entirely alone using Django, PostgreSQL, and Nginx. It handles student management, online teaching, real-time chat, forums, and administrative workflows for a real institution, and has been running in production since 2021. I also built a SaaS variant allowing any school to self-register and launch its own isolated instance automatically.

Every line of code across both projects was written by me, including all front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end logic, infrastructure configuration, and security hardening — built before AI coding tools existed, which reflects genuine depth rather than assisted output.

Beyond web development, I have a background in cybersecurity: penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and building open-source security tools (Bluetooth exploitation, network anonymity, password security). I also work with AI/ML — I have trained and published NLP models on Hugging Face.

I am currently based in Darmstadt, Germany, studying Computer Science at TU Darmstadt. I am available for freelance missions remotely or on-site within 50km of Darmstadt.
