PROJECT: Intervention as a technico-functional network project manager within the IT department of SARP at Veolia (Rational and Pumping Sanitation Company) during the various phases of fiber deployment project in approximately 100 SARP agencies across France. The objective was to improve network conditions in these agencies and update their network equipment.

AREA OF INTERVENTION:

- Deployment schedule management and coordination with service providers

- Budget management for various agency directors

- Coordination with the project owner within each agency

- Fiber deployment with operators SFR, Bouygues Telecom, and Orange

- Management of Barracuda equipment, switches, and backup 4G/5G routers

PROJECT: Intervention as a business analyst (client-side project owner) in the Finance and Insurance sector, covering all phases of an end-to-end project to implement an accounting interpreter within the IT Finance project teams. This interpreter receives flat files of financial entries as input, translates them into accounting entries, and injects them into SAP for accountants to consult.

AREA OF INTERVENTION:

- Writing technical and functional specifications

- Designing the acceptance strategy and test scenarios

- Performing regression testing and unit testing during end-to-end acceptance

PROJECT: Intervention as project owner assistance in the Banking, Finance, and Insurance sector within a Service Center for downstream systems. The goal was to ensure the compliance and consistency of data across different types of insurance contracts in the IS so that data flows correctly into the Data Warehouse and then into the Data Marts for each business line (Finance, Management, Actuarial, Accounting).

AREA OF INTERVENTION:

- Monitoring of data flows from a functional perspective and surveillance of flow integration,

- Analysis of production incidents

- Analysis of rejected flows, particularly for contracts blocked in the IS

- Proposing solutions to streamline the IS

- Coordination with the project owner based on anomaly typology
