About Noureddine

With over 5 years of experience in consulting as a project manager in agile environments, I have evolved into roles of agile coaching, change management, and more recently, projects focused on generative AI.

I have supported clients in developing their agile skills, acting as both a Product Owner and a coach, to instill best practices.

I have also enhanced my skills in generative AI, assisting one client in scoping and executing AI project pilots with Copilot Studio, and another client in deploying Copilot across a 2500-employee scale-up. In this capacity, I defined and implemented an adoption strategy over a 6-month period.
