Within the Digital Platforms division dedicated to accelerating digital project development, the PlatformOps Azure Landing Zone team is responsible for building, maintaining, connecting, and securing Azure platforms that provide DevOps teams with what they need to do their work. Among these platforms, the focus is on building, securing, and scaling Inox@Scale based on Microsoft Enterprise-Scale, encouraging team participation and adoption of this platform, migrating their projects, and decommissioning legacy platforms.

MY MISSIONS

• BUILD (SCRUM): creation, evolution, and maintenance of applications necessary for the Inox@Scale platform's operation. Among these:

o ROBOT: Azure AD management API

o IPAM: IP range allocation API

o PATROL: API and CRON jobs for anomaly detection and response

o COCKPIT: End-user web application for landing zone management

o etc. (logs, notifications, code factorization via nuget package, …)

• BUILD (SCRUM): writing end-user technical documentation (APIs) and PlatformOps documentation (runbooks/troubleshoots)

• RUN (KANBAN): technical support for users (DevOps teams), responding to product updates (P0/P1)

• DP LIFE: collaboration with PlatformOps teams (AWS, CICD, DATA), FinOps, SecOps, and SRE to ensure reliability and security of the entire ecosystem at controlled costs

• TEAM LIFE: pairing, code review, participation in Agile ceremonies, presenting demos in English, rotating on-call duty, support, joy, and good humor

Alsid specializes in the continuous protection of Active Directories, passwords, and associated rights for employees within companies. To this end, Alsid is currently developing the prototype of a new application. This prototype allows for validating the feasibility of controlling a heterogeneous system based on multiple clouds, quickly and clearly visualizing who has access to what and why, and detecting inconsistencies.

• Development of the data collection API from different clouds (Azure, Salesforce, Okta) and storage in a MongoDB database

• Analysis of information and determination of links between entities (roles, permissions, inheritance, …) and creation of a graph in a Neo4j database

As part of harmonizing the group's web development, the newly formed Webteam is responsible for the redesign of the websites (initially static) www.free.fr and www.iliad.fr, as well as the development of the back office for these sites and satellite web applications (Assistance, Merchandising Tool, Scroll, …).

• Analysis and actions on the legacy www.free.fr: Reduction of technical debt and redesign of the site's front-end architectural foundation, which was difficult to evolve before saturation. Improvement of performance and drastic reduction of page loading times

• Architecture of the www.iliad.fr site: Atomic design and Storybook, Headless CMS and GraphQL, Hexagonal Architecture and REST API, Unit Tests

• Backend architecture of the www.free.fr site: Hexagonal Architecture and REST API, Unit Tests

• Technical lead: training the IT team through workshops and Pair Programming sessions with me, implementing best practices for harmonization and standardization of developments, monitoring developments (code review)

• Fullstack development on the www.iliad.fr and www.free.fr sites (front office + back office)
