Create Nreg test cases for the campaign squad (account-card-savings). Prepare and run test campaigns for all squads (account-card-savings, transfer, services, authentication).

Ensure the quality of iOS and Android applications.

Follow the test process from acceptance to automation, including Nreg.

Adapt automated tests.

Analyze mobile logs.

Create test data

Create tickets to identify test cases to automate.

Participate in Scrum ceremonies, transverse ceremonies, and TA Kanban.

Monitor iOS and Android builds.

Approve/reject developer demos on the development environment or on specific builds.

Manage manual and automated test assets on Squash.

Sign acceptance PVs after each TNR.

Manage the card scope for Federations and B2B Part and Pro.

Create acceptance and Nreg test cases on Xray.

Identify tests to automate and create test data for automation engineers.

Participate in test guilds and contribute to proposing solutions.

Train new QAs in the guild on testing tools.

Provide Go/No Go for UAT.

Participate in estimating test activities within the sprint.

Ensure metric tests.

Extract test data from PROD (Maiextract).

Test the GED (static and dynamic documents).

Context

Implementation of an application to equip the Orange mobile sales force across different channels (store, customer service...) with a single solution for proposing, comparing, and contracting the Orange business mobile catalog. 15 people working in Scrum.

Responsibilities

Define the test strategy and manage tests.

Write transverse test cases in Jira/Xray.

Execute test campaigns (including Non-Regression tests).

Verify the conformity of test campaign results with expectations.

Produce a transverse acceptance report.

Manage test dashboards.

Monitor and manage detected anomalies.

Lead defect reviews and bug ticket qualification with the business team.

Provide regular progress reports on test advancement.

Analyze logs (Kibana).

Analyze and modify data in the database (SQL Server).

Train new employees.

Define and implement the necessary datasets and monitor command injections in the database (IBM Personal Communications).

Perform API tests on Postman.

Monitor and manage customer tickets (OCEANE, Genergy).

Automate vital test cases on Robot Framework (+Git commands).

Take responsibility for acceptance during Go/NoGos.
