ANA Habilitations Project: Implementation of a new application for managing the repository of identities, access requests, and authorizations review, based on the Usercube framework. The application is known within CA as AnA or AnA-GHAB. The team consisted of: 1 program pilot, 1 project manager, 3 AMOA, 1 QA, 11 automation testers, 3 developers, and 1 Tech lead.

Activities:

Preparation and facilitation of workshops with business stakeholders and IT application managers.

Writing functional specifications.

Creation/modification of database datasets (SQL insert, update, delete, Joins).

Analysis of anomalies reported from the field.

Writing test plans.

Writing and executing functional tests on Squash.

Preparation of test data.

IPPI V2 Project: Implementation of a new Web application for mortgage loans, replacing the old one which had obsolete functionalities and non-user-friendly interfaces. The developed application is an improved version of the old one and aligned with investment programs.

DIAG EPARGNE Project: Implementation of a new Web application for regulatory diagnostics related to MiFID II regulations.

The developed tool "Diagnostic EPARGNE" is an improved and updated version that aims to establish the risk assessment for each investor and to host all the savings funds and strategies offered by Société Générale in terms of savings and investment.
