You are managing a complex or stalled project and need someone to honestly assess the reality and get your team back on a viable course? That's exactly my job.
For over ten years, I have been supporting projects, programs, and processes in regulated, technically demanding environments such as automotive (cars and commercial vehicles), air freight and logistics, semiconductor and optics manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
What sets me apart: I have not only advised on projects but have also led them myself and was responsible for departments as a manager, so I know "both sides of the table." I work with classic and agile methods (PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe), without dogma and without the widespread label-swapping.
As an honorary lecturer, I teach project management, program management, leadership, and collaboration, among other subjects.
