Research and design of services for the integration of third-party applications into Claro Chile's business connectivity offering.

I led and executed the Research & Service Design process, which allowed me to understand the provisioning, activation, and delivery processes for equipment. At the same time, I was able to identify differentiators and improvement opportunities for the delivery app to be integrated into the Telco's solutions.
The research defined a path to simplify the connectivity service workflow while integrating mobile applications from third-party partners into the service offering, with the aim of guaranteeing an improved experience for Claro Chile customers.
