– Designed and developed proposals for international organisations including UN agencies (UNIDO, UNGC, UNDP), securing and implementing two USAID-funded projects. – Developed proposals for private sector companies in Egypt and NGOs in Saudi Arabia, expanding Innovety's client portfolio into new markets. – Led the implementation of a project for the Saudi Arabian government in consortium with Arthur D. Little (ADL). – Created the overarching digital strategy for 4,000+ Egyptian youth and community centres under a UNICEF-funded, Ministry of Youth and Sports-led initiative. – Conducted in-depth market research, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support business development and project execution. – Secured ~$80K USD in projects, directly contributing to Innovety's regional growth and footprint.
