• Ensuring the availability of IT resources necessary for business teams.

• Contributing to the update of internal documentation and procedures.

• Participating in decisions related to security and service continuity.

• Intervening on digitization equipment and scanners related to operational needs, particularly in the context of the Health Pass.

• On-site user support and management of hardware and software incidents.

• Deployment, installation, and maintenance of workstations and equipment.

• Workstation imaging, deployment, and park standardization.

• Network cabling and port opening in coordination with infrastructure teams.

• Management of specific rights and special access.

• Participation in videoconferencing projects in a POLY environment.

• Participation in park refresh operations, particularly on HP environments.

Technical environment: AWS, Microsoft Azure, PC imaging, network cabling, network port opening, specific rights management, Active Directory, Hyper-V, monitoring via Datadog and AWS, implementation and update of operating procedures, deployment and update of the OCC fresco, Linux system administration, implementation of Apple mobile solutions via Jamf and Android, participation in GO/NOGO decisions for network or infrastructure deployments, collaboration with front-end, back-end, cybersecurity, and testing teams, delegation of certain tasks during off-peak hours for system administration, notably Cloudflare WAF push.
