My focus is on active sourcing and scalable recruiting processes. I see myself not just as a "position filler," but as a strategic sparring partner who thinks about recruiting holistically, advises, and implements it operationally.

Through my experience as an interim recruiter and in-house Talent Partner, I quickly adapt to new structures and know how sustainable growth works. I am proficient with ATS systems and use modern (AI) tools strategically to make recruiting efficient and measurable.
