As CEO and co-founder of Legal Euro Corp, I oversee the strategic, operational, and financial direction of a company specializing in legal formalities, corporate support, and outsourced management of corporate law operations for law firms, accounting firms, and business leaders in France and Europe.

I supervise the entire service lifecycle: company formation, statutory modifications, restructurings, capital operations, dissolutions, audits, and resolution of complex cases, in direct liaison with registries, administrations, and European bodies.

Under my leadership, Legal Euro Corp has implemented a rigorous methodology for controlling and monitoring formalities, ensuring a 100% acceptance rate for filings and high client satisfaction.

I structured the growth strategy around three axes:

• Optimization of internal processes: automation of filings, creation of performance dashboards, and centralized management of disbursements (registries, legal announcements, etc.).

• European expansion: opening partnerships with firms in Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Ireland, with the aim of creating a fluid inter-jurisdictional network.

• Premium positioning: creation of packaged offers (StartWise, Legal Formalities, Secure & Start) combining formalities, drafting of deeds, and legal consultation, validated by partner lawyers.

Furthermore, I led the B2B prospecting strategy (LinkedIn, partnerships, targeted campaigns) and consolidated Legal Euro Corp's reputation as a European leader in legal outsourcing.

My mission is based on a clear vision: to make Legal Euro Corp a strategic partner for legal professionals, by combining technical excellence, innovation, and tailor-made support.

Founded and implemented the company's strategy. Identified partners (suppliers, key clients, and business contributors). Developed and executed a communication and marketing plan: branding, graphic charter, social media presence, etc. Created and monitored monthly economic and financial forecasts: financial analysis and strategy adjustment as needed. Created an administrative and regulatory verification process using artificial intelligence. Recruitment. Opened the Spanish market for energy renovation and decarbonization using the Certificados de Ahorro Energético.

Developed and implemented the company's commercial and economic strategy. Identified new market opportunities. Recruited, trained, and supervised the sales team.
