In an insurance context, I was responsible for projects related to the reinsurance scope within the Omega application, which serves, among other things, as a data warehouse for other SCOR activities. My involvement in the project included:

- Elaboration and initiation of projects with stakeholders.

- Definition and monitoring of project roadmaps.

- Implementation of project governance.

- Management of cross-functional aspects and interoperability with the application park's tools.

- Management and execution of reporting and communication around projects.

- Monitoring of budgets and production team work.

- Initiation and maintenance of project documentation and backlog.

- Planning and piloting of various activities (Development, Support, Testing, etc.).

- Ensuring technological watch (Obsolescence, Upgrades, and Group Strategy).

- Guaranteeing adherence to methodology and quality of artifacts.

- Preparation and facilitation of various committees (Steering Committees, Project Committees, etc.).

- Release management.

Scoping of the "People Onboarding" project as part of the NOW (New Way of Working) initiative.

- Business case study.

- Definition of roles and responsibilities (Governance).

- Project initiation.

- Gathering and defining business needs.

- Creating mockups.

- Producing detailed specifications.

- Preparation and facilitation of presentations for various committees.

As part of a change management initiative, I supported the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in transitioning from SCRUM to SAFe.
