With over15 years of experience in human resources, I support companies in their recruitment, leadership development, change management, and social relations challenges.

My background in various sectors(industry, services, banking, retail…) has allowed me to develop a pragmatic and human-centered approach, focused on collective performance and successful transformations.

I am involved in the entire recruitment cycle: defining needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing, evaluation, interviews, and supporting decision-making. My goal: to attract and retain the right profiles long-term, in line with the company's culture and ambitions.

I lead training sessions and workshops onleadership, managerial posture, interpersonal communication,and team cohesion. My approach is participatory, practice-oriented, and grounded in real-world situations, to sustainably evolve behaviors.

I support managers in implementing organizational transformations: redesigning HR processes, evolving roles, deploying digital tools, or reorganization projects. I help teams understand the meaning of change and commit to it fully.

Experienced in managing employee representative bodies and conducting negotiations, I also intervene in preventing social friction and creating a climate of trust. My role: to establish a calm social dialogue, serving collective performance.
