Support for a large group's Supply Chain in transforming its Industrial IT systems

- Support for critical Supply Chain Operations teams: Coordinate and monitor team actions (Distribution Planner, Packaging Coordinator, Forecaster), implement visual management (pre-Covid) & support them on Teams (post Covid)

- Stabilization of Supply Chain processes post Go Live: Analyze root causes of dysfunctions, define the stabilization trajectory by process, conduct workshops to validate common ambition, frame and consolidate the work plan, confirm roles and responsibilities of project stakeholders, size the workload of all resources, contribute to producing certain deliverables, manage streams agilely

- Monitoring of post Go Live incidents: Implement a monitoring and follow-up process for incidents to be controlled, identify and mobilize stakeholders, ensure tasks are completed correctly to meet project deadlines

- Communication/Training: Define and implement the communication plan, prepare training materials, lead training sessions for subsidiaries (Webinar) & international production sites (in-person)

- Recommendations on the implementation of JDA's DSI (Data Sensitive Inventory) functionality: Frame the need, analyze opportunities & impacts, assist in decision-making through GO/NO GO scenarios

- Project monitoring: Monitor and ensure adherence to the schedule, lead steering committees, report to management, assist in formalizing deliverables and writing IT test plans

- SharePoint: Define SharePoint governance and support business units in applying it, design the strategy for user adoption of SharePoint, manage the communication plan, lead the creation of a SharePoint community in agile mode (graphic designer & developer), facilitate co-creation workshops, organize and conduct information seminars.

- Teams: Conduct Teams POCs (workshop facilitation, employee training, tips communication, incident reporting to IT, feedback).

- Takeover of 40 subsidiaries (outside France) by TGITS: Define and frame the need, specify prerequisites and takeover procedures, assess risks, budget the project and control costs, organize a steering committee, prepare and conduct kick-offs with subsidiaries, monitor the schedule and meet deadlines, manage the deployment of new installations.

- Run: Manage major incidents and problems, manage operational teams, ensure service provider monitoring, improve internal processes and communication, report to management.
