I initiated and produced a 25-minute short film blending animation and live-action within a structure I created for the occasion. I followed the project from start to finish: creation of the production company, overall organization, coordination of artistic and technical teams, administrative and financial management, production planning, fundraising, and distribution support.

I also held this production and coordination role on several music videos (4 projects), with the same level of involvement: organization, production monitoring, liaison between creative and technical teams, unforeseen event management, and support until delivery and distribution.

In parallel with production, I provided post-production expertise on these projects, intervening in the organization of work pipelines and resolving technical issues. I developed and adapted tools and workflows to streamline post-production and address concrete constraints of scheduling, budget, and collaboration.

These end-to-end experiences have given me a very concrete vision of audiovisual production and a strong ability to lead a project over the long term, adapt to unforeseen events, and maintain clear organization even with small teams and limited resources.

I co-founded SuperBoom, an independent cultural project that we developed together for two years. We conceived, launched, and managed all the structure's activities with a fully autonomous approach: organization, production, management, and development.

We produced several types of projects: independent radio, vinyl sales, a second-hand clothing store, tattoo sessions, as well as events and parties that brought together over 2,000 people. We handled the entire setup: project conception, logistical organization, team coordination, communication, administrative and financial management, treasury monitoring, and event production.

This experience allowed me to develop a strong ability to build projects from scratch, quickly structure an efficient work organization, and manage diverse activities with limited resources. Working in a very small team also taught me to be operational, versatile, and reliable over time, in creative and demanding contexts.

Since 2018, I have been supporting artistic and audiovisual projects in their organization and operational monitoring. I have created and managed several structures and projects, which has led me to work on all the concrete aspects of production: setting up a clear work organization, coordinating teams, daily project monitoring, and administrative and financial management.

Accustomed to environments where everything needs to be built, I am involved in both project structuring and daily management. I implement simple and effective processes to streamline work, improve communication between teams, and ensure reliable production monitoring. My approach is very hands-on: moving projects forward, solving problems, and ensuring reliable work continuity for creative teams and lean structures.
