I completed my internship at the WE Invest real estate agency, located in Tubize, where I gained practical insight into the real estate agent profession through various complementary tasks. I participated in property valuations, learning to assess a home based on its location, condition, and the local market. I also accompanied agents during property viewings with potential clients, which helped me develop my interpersonal skills and my ability to present a property convincingly. I was also introduced to appointment scheduling, a crucial aspect of an agency's daily organization. On an administrative and legal level, I familiarized myself with drafting and monitoring preliminary sales agreements and deeds, key steps in finalizing a real estate transaction. Finally, I worked on various real estate websites for listing and managing advertisements, giving me a comprehensive view of the sales process, from valuation to final signature.

I completed my internship at the Tom&Co store, a chain specializing in pet products, where I became familiar with the various aspects of retail sales. I was responsible for facing, an essential task that involves arranging and presenting products on shelves in a neat and attractive manner to optimize their visibility and ensure a clean and organized sales area for customers. I also managed the cash register, which allowed me to develop my rigor, speed, and sense of responsibility in handling transactions and payments. In parallel, I had the opportunity to directly advise customers on choosing products suitable for their pets, taking into account their specific needs (food, accessories, care), which strengthened my communication and customer relations skills. This experience helped me understand the importance of versatility and human interaction in retail.

The experience gained at Tom&Co, along with specific expertise in the company's production processes, is essential. Developing complementary retail sales skills is also required. It is important to handle merchandising, consistent with the section, and the presentation of products in an attractive and welcoming space, optimizing visibility and ensuring an open area and good organization for customers. It is crucial to ensure the proper condition of equipment and to allow the manager to work with rigor and speed, while managing transactions and payments. In parallel, it is important to assist the customer in choosing products suitable for pets, taking into account the specific nature of these products (food, accessories, supplies), which requires communication and customer relations skills. Our experience allows us to achieve autonomy and understand the demands of working with the public, specifically in sales and customer relations in-store.
