Noémie Sonzay

Specializing in the design of mobile applications, particularly in e-learning, I support product teams in creating engaging and loyalty-building journeys.

My work covers the entire process: UX audit, user journey design, interface design (wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, Figma prototypes), and user testing. I also conduct UX audits of existing e-learning and mobile applications to identify friction points and produce actionable recommendations.

Hémolia was born from a final project that was extended out of conviction. With a partner, we conducted in-depth research around childhood, learning, and education: interviews with parents, teachers, and child development professionals, field observations, and tests with families.

This research led us to design several projects around emotional education, including a card game for families to facilitate communication about emotions. Each project was tested and iterated with real users, parents, and children.

This project has deeply trained me in the specifics of designing for children, the importance of inclusive and participatory design, and the rigor required to create e-learning and educational tools that truly work.

Period of exploration and skill development in freelance UX/UI Design. I worked on several mobile application and digital interface design projects, from ideation to Figma prototyping. I worked to understand real needs, listen to users, and find the right balance between their expectations, technical constraints, and project objectives.

I also developed an approach centered around facilitation workshops and collective intelligence applied to design, to co-build solutions with product teams and end-users.

Because a good product is not built alone: it is born from collaboration, listening, and collective intelligence.
