I am responsible for advising, selling, and managing customer relationships, as well as managing store displays, restocking, and order processing. Additionally, I have carried out more commercial tasks such as: event communication, collaboration with a salesperson, setting up a booth, working as a promoter in a sales location, and customer promotions.

I led a communication strategy aimed at increasing the visibility of our program to attract more students the following year. This allowed me to create social media accounts, post regularly, and create GANTT charts and retro plans. Finally, I organized and conducted presentations in several high schools to introduce the program and measure the impact of our visits by analyzing the results obtained and their evolution.
