For 6 years at the A*Midex Foundation (Aix-Marseille University), I coordinated up to 300 recruitments per year across 70 research projects, with a budget of €13 million – without hierarchical authority over the teams concerned. My role was to be the bridge between researchers, project managers, and a central HR department, each with their own priorities.

Before that, one year at CNRS Provence and Corsica, where I managed the HR administration (contracts, payroll, mobility) for 180 employees.

It is this dual expertise – managing high-volume processes and handling the concrete aspects of HR administration – that I now offer to VSEs.

- Flash HR Diagnosis (1 day): mapping of the current situation, identified risks, 6-month action plan

- Coordination & management of high-volume recruitment processes: tracking tools, stakeholder interface, management of multiple campaigns

- HR Structuring: job descriptions, organizational charts, skills mapping

- Part-time HR Director: recurring presence to manage daily HR operations – payroll, contracts, employee relations
