During this assignment, I supported Pernod Ricard in the development of innovative products by combining food industry expertise and creativity. As a Foodtech consultant, I had the opportunity to manage the project with great autonomy, defining my own schedule while respecting the company's strategic objectives.

Thanks to a relationship of trust and constructive exchanges, I was able to intervene in all stages of product development: from market research and benchmarking to finding factories worldwide that met the defined criteria to obtain the target product, including research on processes and compliance with food regulation standards. My role also included defining the positioning strategy, advising on packaging feasibility, while ensuring perfect compliance with the regulations of the different sales countries (product sold internationally).

I particularly appreciated the opportunity to contribute to product innovation and to implement my skills in strategy, product development, and project management. This project was a concrete example of how I can support companies in the food industry in launching differentiated products adapted to market demands.
