As a Foodtech consultant, I had the opportunity to manage the project with great autonomy, defining my own schedule while respecting the company's strategic objectives.Thanks to a relationship of trust and constructive exchanges, I was able to intervene in all stages of product development: from market research and benchmarking to finding factories worldwide that met the defined criteria to obtain the target product, including research on processes and compliance with food regulation standards.
