- Development of the 2018 communication strategy: Objective of evolving the Saga Cosmetics brand image to reach millennials, while maintaining the core concept's guidelines to retain the historical customer base.

- Construction of the commercial operations calendar with the Network Director.

- Deployment of commercial operations (seasonal and special operations).

- Management of the creation and distribution of visual content (POS, in-store, social media, website).

- Consolidation of head office information and weekly internal communication with all branches and franchisees (40 stores).

- Events: Sales point animations, inaugurations, and blogger events.

- Management of numerous service providers: web agency, advertising agency, audio & video suppliers, printer.

- Control of the annual budget and allocation of budget pockets for the 40 stores and internal resources. Web Marketing:

- E-commerce site management.

- Development of the annual newsletter schedule.

- Relay of network commercial operations and development of specific web operations.

- Monthly statistics.

- Stock and top-selling analysis.

- Management of the online release of product arrivals and new items.

- 2019: Website redesign to move to a more cost-effective solution for fixed costs.

- Relationship & negotiation with numerous service providers: audio players, video, printer, labels, web agency, consumables...

Management of a team of 3 people: 1 community manager, 1 graphic designer, and 1 web marketing assistant. Network of 40 stores.
