For a client based in Lyon, business services mission for the Beastly agency for the Mailbox part of the Mahfouf hotel (Pop Up Store of influencer Lena Situations) and management of the flow, the bar, and the Pop Up venue (+3000 people over 3 days).

Event Manager and Coordinator of event promotions for Mercedes-AMG Parfums and Franglish. As part of a collaboration between the artist Franglish and the AMG THRILL perfume line on the artist Franglish's "Mood Tour" at the Accor Arena in Paris, at the Zénith in Amiens, and at the Zénith in Lille.

• Manage all event operations (venue preparation, accreditation collection, liaison with concert hall management and production, etc.)

• Perform final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything is compliant.

• Oversee the event's progress and act quickly to resolve issues.

• Evaluate the event's success and submit reports.

• Establish relationships with all involved parties (brand, venues, agencies, etc.) weekly meetings.

• Manage logistical and event aspects.

• Animation (conversion KPIs). • Inventory management.

• Produce comprehensive reports.
