Complete management of online presence and social media strategy:

• Content creation and planning (posts, visuals, videos)

• Storytelling and showcasing the Human Design and energetic universe

• Community animation and engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn

This role allows me to combine digital strategy, content creation, and knowledge of the wellness world, while supporting a professional in developing a coherent and authentic online presence.

As part of my mission for a CrossFit gym, I handled all community management services. I first optimized the existing Instagram account to improve its clarity and attractiveness: rephrased the bio for a more impactful positioning, set up structured highlight stories, and pinned posts (gym introduction, schedule, pricing, testimonials…).

I then created a complete editorial calendar, tailored to the gym's target audience and values. This plan included three posts per week, combining informative content, community highlights, sports tips... The goal was to increase the gym's visibility, strengthen subscriber engagement, and develop coherent, regular, and professional communication.

We implemented monthly reporting to adjust the content.
