I am a Senior Product Designer & UX Researcher, with 15 years of experience on complex digital products, in large corporations and startups.

👉 I help product teams design useful, usable, and high-performing solutions, by aligning business stakes, user needs, and technical constraints, from strategy to delivery.

I intervene with a 360° vision, strategic and operational, across the entire product cycle: framing and strategy (vision, scope, KPIs), impact/effort prioritization, backlog structuring (DoR/DoD), coordination of Product Owners, tech and business teams, workshop facilitation (framing, discovery, co-creation, arbitration), and project monitoring.

I conduct qualitative and quantitative UX Research approaches: UX and analytics audits, user interviews, testing, benchmarking, personas, needs analysis, and user journeys, with synthesis of insights and actionable recommendations.

On the design side, I create information architecture, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems for web and mobile interfaces, using a responsive and mobile-first approach.

I am an expert in digital accessibility and integrate RGAA/WCAG requirements from the design phase: compliance support, team awareness, and guidelines.

I work on B2B, B2C, and B2E products in demanding sectors (banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, agri-food, public sector).
