    A simple observation: 55% of young people under 30 want to start a business (source Opinion Way), but only 28% of young entrepreneurs with little or no diploma continue their activity beyond the first year (source: Centre des jeunes dirigeants).
    A conviction: At Apprentis d’Auteuil, we believe that, even with little qualification, little experience, or unemployment, any young person with a business project can create a sustainable activity if they receive individualized support.

    We aim to develop employability by starting from an entrepreneurial project, a lever for developing the skills and soft skills necessary for integration into working life.

    This program is currently rolled out in 5 other cities: Compiègne, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, and Grenoble (September 2024)
