I support the CEA in the operational management of the PHENIX nuclear facility decommissioning project. I am responsible for developing and monitoring the schedules and costs of various contracts. My role is to synthesize this key information to ensure optimal control of the project's deadlines and budgets.

- Management and construction of master schedules (Level 0, 1, and 2) using MS Project.

- Development and monitoring of contract deadlines and supplier payment schedules.

- Regular financial analysis and reporting (budget monitoring, cost KPIs, summaries).

- Coordination of project interfaces to ensure deadlines are met and decommissioning costs are controlled.

Complete renovation project of the infrastructure of Air Base 115

• Design of a risk portfolio and monitoring of actions to reduce the impact and occurrence of identified risks.

• Monitoring of work schedules in collaboration with the OPC (On-Site Works Coordinator).

• Global coordination of site interfaces for the Contracting Authority, Contracting Engineer, Operator, etc.

• Financial and operational monitoring of the Bouygues Télécom project in conjunction with the Operations Director (450 Resources France & Morocco)

• Billing of services in Technical Assistance & Service Unit (3M€/month): Issuance of work acceptance certificates, interface with management control, etc.

• Transverse management of 7 Project Managers in France & Morocco

• Facilitation of AFD/Bouygues Télécom governance meetings

• Quarterly presentation of financial results of the project to the AFD.Tech Executive Committee.

• Implementation of continuous improvement processes and tools

• Transformation of activities from technical assistance (Daily rate billing) to Service (Unit of work billing) & Financial analysis of gains
