Noah Mühlhause

During my time as a shift manager at Kaufland, I was responsible for the organization and coordination of daily store operations. This included staff scheduling, leading small teams, receiving goods, and ensuring a smooth process in the sales area. I learned to remain calm and solution-oriented even under time pressure, to take responsibility, and to communicate effectively with different departments. The work significantly strengthened my organizational talent and leadership skills.
