At Kluster, I hold the role of general coordinator / production manager for the collective's various events, which can gather from 300 to 1300 people depending on the venues we work in.

I am involved in all project stages: budget development, definition of technical and logistical needs, coordination with different internal departments, relations with the venue and service providers, and preparation of all production documents (FDR, schedules, runs, etc.).

Upstream, I centralize information, ensure deadlines are met, and support each department so that the artistic vision can take shape under the right conditions.
On-site, I manage stage operations, setup, artist reception, team coordination, and unforeseen issues.
After the event, I handle the administrative and financial aspects: expense tracking, verification and filing of receipts, invoicing, and budget reconciliation.
