Design and implementation of operational and decision-making KPIs, with development of BIRT reports and creation of interactive dashboards in Power BI for performance monitoring.

Analysis of business needs and structuring of control centers (Maximo control center) to facilitate decision-making.

Management and execution of ETL flows with SSIS: design, data loading and transformation, with performance optimization.

Management of complex data migrations (MIF, MXLoader, SSIS) with quality control, validation, and processing time optimization.

Design and development of IBM Maximo customizations.

Estimation of enhancements and modifications.

Application development, automation scripts, and scheduled tasks. Security and workflow management. Environment: Maximo 7.6.1.1, SQL Server 2016, Azure DevOps.
