• Definition of the target Azure architecture, aligned with business, operational, and security requirements, and the group's strategy, including various technical scenarios, cost estimations, operational impact analyses, and a clear migration roadmap.
• Support for the Data & Integration team throughout its migration to Azure within a group-managed Landing Zone, covering network design, security controls, and DevOps practices.

Key Cloud Architecture Topics:

• Development and implementation of the migration strategy ("lift and shift") to Microsoft Azure cloud, achieving 100% cloud infrastructure with an annual consumption of approximately €15 million.
• Redesign of the cloud "Landing Zone" to support the company's digital transformation (Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud), end-to-end provisioning automation, reduced "time to market," and improved regulatory reporting.
• Design, deployment, user training, and support of Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) platforms - reduction of Kubernetes environment delivery time from 2 weeks to approximately 20 minutes, compliance of AKS environments with company security and architecture standards, and a 200% increase in adoption.

Key Security Architecture Topics:

• Development and maintenance of security architecture standards for cloud infrastructures, networks, applications, AI, and APIs; and promotion of their adoption within IT teams - creation of a reference framework operated by group security architects on a portfolio of over 800 applications.
• Customer IAM solution owner (management of ~15,000 B2B users in over 40 countries) and Cryptography (covering ~50,000 devices).

Key Business and Data Projects:

• Support for the "life insurance" / "reinsurance" business teams and collaboration with the data platform teams and data scientists (technological environment: Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and Palantir).

Enterprise Architect within the Group's Infrastructure Directorate:

• Public Cloud Referent Architect: design of projects and reference architectures on AWS and Azure platforms.
• Enterprise Architect (SAFe framework): projects for the transformation of infrastructure services (opening services to new clients, improving service resilience, network connectivity redesign).
• Design of the FinOps and CSR model to align infrastructure consumption with financial and sustainability objectives.
• Technical audits and architecture reviews of infrastructure services.
