Jean Pierre

Officer in charge of communication for the 2nd Hussars Regiment, the human reconnaissance regiment of the land forces. I took command of the recruitment support unit and contributed to the internal communication strategy and public relations strategy of the Army within the regiment's communication actions. I was responsible for:

- The editorial line and content production for the regiment's media (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter pages).

- Managing all relations with the local press (PQR).

- Leading specific projects related to the regiment's image.

- Responding to requests from the Army's public relations department.

- The regiment's recruitment strategy (presence at events, meeting candidates, etc.).

As a member of the Beta.gouv program, led by the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM), I had the honor of joining the Tchap team, the sovereign and secure messaging service dedicated to state employees. My role is essential for the deployment and adoption of this digital solution among local authorities, administrations, ministries, and public organizations.

Deployment of Tchap:

Discussions with administrations: Over 300,000 employees already use Tchap. My goal is to extend this adoption to a larger number of users within public entities. I work closely with various stakeholders to understand their specific needs and adapt the solution accordingly.

Communication: I develop communication strategies aimed at informing and engaging potential users about the benefits and features of Tchap. I coordinate communication campaigns across various channels (newsletters, webinars, social media, etc.) to maximize impact and visibility.

Assistance: I implement support systems to help users get started with Tchap, including guides, FAQs, and a responsive support service via Crisp.

Feedback and product evolution: I gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust the solution based on their needs.

Partnerships: I forge strategic partnerships with other public entities to strengthen the ecosystem around Tchap. I identify new growth and development opportunities for Tchap, in line with the Beta.gouv program's objectives.

I work in an agile and horizontal environment, where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of our practices. This approach allows us to respond quickly to user needs and adapt our strategies in real-time.
