• • Designed the digital platform (Unpause App) and to help women understand their menopausal journey better and bring relief to various symptoms.

• • Drove strategic business growth, leading the company from concept to UK market launch and overseeing all company operations, product strategy, stakeholder engagement, and early-stage fundraising.

• • Applied the 5D (Discover-Define-Design-Develop-Deploy) process of innovation to address unmet clinical needs in women's health.

• • Conducted a thorough literature review and executed comprehensive stakeholder interviews to strategically identify critical unmet clinical needs specifically within the field of menopause.

• • Authored and published original research paper based on key findings from the innovation and design process.

• • Operated and maintained FDM 3D printers and their respective slicing software (CURA, SIMPLIFY3D), mastering advanced additive manufacturing techniques.

• • Prepared a complex silicone mould using 3D printed ribs specifically for rib replacement surgery.

• • Modified an FLSUN QQ 3D printer to achieve printing temperatures of up to 480°C.

• • Processed and analysed mechanical testing data of PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) to inform material science applications.
