Agency for creating showcase and e-commerce websites. I supervise a team of developers within the agency as well as freelancers on the technical side. My job is to provide all the needs (technology choice, git, setting up the site on the pre-production server, setting up tasks in agreement with the project manager). I have to find a technical solution to all problems encountered by my team, whether at the back-end, front-end, or server level. I administer the pre-production and production servers and I provide user training at the end of each site delivery. I analyze sites from an SEO perspective and propose improvements (w3c, metadata, tags, links, loading speed, server choice, CloudFlare, etc).

Wearing a second hat as a Junior Web Project Manager (1 year of experience), I manage web projects from start to launch. Upstream, I can be involved in requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, as well as technical specifications, execution, recommendations, quotes, and project scheduling.

My technical background and my global vision as a project manager allow me to grasp all aspects of the project. Furthermore, I am capable of conducting a project risk analysis to anticipate future obstacles as effectively as possible.

In the operational phase, I manage exchanges with technical and graphic teams and service providers, ensure the smooth running and conformity of the service, carry out acceptance testing, and manage deployments. To complete this, I train the user on the functionalities of their product.
