Project: implementation of the new EPI (European Payments Initiative) mobile payment solution in Société Générale's banking application

Mission objective: Implementation of a new money transfer solution replacing Paylib (P2P) and European-wide e/m-commerce payment (P2Pro) Contribution to functional/technical/application architecture workshops for the definition of the target solution Scoping of topics related to the decommissioning of PayLib and the migration of customers to the new solution Writing of scoping documents and technical-functional specifications for the following topics: Subscription, generalized EPI directory population according to eligibility and regulatory rules, instant transfer (IP), money request, QR code identification, e/m-commerce payment (consent, authorization, settlement/capture, dispute management…)

Design of the data model and interface contract for APIs Definition and prioritization of the backlog with the PO Compliance with deadlines for the commercial launch of Wero Technical documentation and management of post-MEP incidents

Responsibilities: Gathering and analysis of functional requirements Development of documents detailing technical and functional requirements Impact study and feasibility analysis of different functionalities (database querying, API testing...) Definition of business rules in compliance with banking standards and the project's European context Ensuring the smooth transition from Paylib to Wero Management of the roadmap and backlog prioritization with the PO Participation in workshops with the solution provider in the presence of several French banks Writing of user stories and acceptance criteria Presenting user stories to developers for estimation and monitoring of implementation Coordination with various stakeholders and facilitation of workshops (project teams, publishers)

Objective: Contribution to functional, technical, and application architecture workshops

Scoping of business and technical topics related to the deployment of the new solution and the transition from the existing one

Impact analysis following ORION program actions Writing of scoping documents and technical-functional specifications Design of the data model and definition of API interface contracts Definition, prioritization, and monitoring of the product backlog, organization of JIRA in the absence of the project Product Owner Creation of Jiras and acceptance tests Qualification of tester feedback and prioritization of tests

: Scoping:

• Qualification and scoping of business needs

• Development of project studies (feasibility, impact, ROI...)

• Coordination with various stakeholders and facilitation of workshops (project teams, publishers, Infra teams…)

• Writing of user stories in Jira, technical and functional specifications, and interface contracts

• Technical support for various presentations and commercial highlights

• Participation in UX/UI design

Testing & Support:

• Management of the testing and acceptance phase

• Execution of 2A2 tests, integration tests, acceptance tests, end-to-end tests, non-regression and performance tests

• Updating reference documents

• Development of the test strategy

• Incident monitoring and reporting of detected issues

• Ensuring bug fixes and incident management

• User training on tools

• Preparation of user guides
