Nise Lutz

Hi, I'm Nise, a graphic designer from Munich for (almost) everything that isn't on the mood board within three seconds.

My path into design? Classic: Art A-levels, graphic design studies, startup world – no detours, no enlightenment on a mountain in Nepal, but real passion for design from the very beginning. Especially for design that becomes tangible through spaces.

After my studies, I got to know the design world from various perspectives, gained 9 years of experience in different companies, and sharpened my sense for strong design. Most recently, as the first graphic designer at Personio, I built up the design virtually from scratch. Six years, countless Slack messages, and explosive company development later, it was clear: it's time for my own thing.

Today, I am self-employed – with a broad design repertoire and a focus on what I love most:custom illustrations, immersive event designs, and branding that sticks in your mind.
