As a corporate recruiter, I am responsible for the entire recruitment process, from optimizing job descriptions and sourcing candidates (both online and offline), to screening, interviews, and the selection of qualified professionals. Handling input and output regarding employment conditions for HR Manager, Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner, and the candidate. Ensuring a transparent and efficient recruitment process with candidate experience at its core, with timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the entire journey.

As a recruitment consultant, I was responsible for the full coordination of the recruitment, selection, and secondment process for both candidates and clients. Tasks included drafting and renewing employment and cooperation contracts, managing timesheets and corrections, compliance with laws and regulations (incl. VCU), and managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Also involved in employer branding and setting up and guiding training programs.
