I've spent the last several years building towards AI trsnaformation, agentic enablement and agentic product development lifecycle. At Allianz, bringing AI into car insurance end-to-end journey. At Global AI, as fractional CPO shaping their agentic AI platform. And at Sodexo, creating Agentic Squads — a new concept of operating model that replaces the sprint and compounds every week.

20+ years as a product leader and CPO, starting as an engineer. Over the past year I've gone deep as a builder — writing agents, designing skills, operating squads live with teams. Product-leader judgment plus hands-on AI-builder craft is what makes the new model work.
