Throughout my experiences at Arquus, EDF, Thales, SNCF Réseau, and TotalEnergies, I have developed expertise in strategic planning, project governance, performance management, risk management, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

I am involved in the entire project lifecycle: development and management of master schedules, monitoring of contractual milestones, risk and opportunity management, facilitation of governance bodies, reporting, action plan management, and support for operational teams.

Accustomed to working with Engineering, Methods, Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance teams, I contribute to securing cost, quality, and deadline commitments while facilitating stakeholder decision-making.

My background has also allowed me to work on transformation projects, change management, continuous improvement, and process optimization in contexts with high operational stakes.

Beyond project management, I place particular importance on understanding the operational reality. Used to traveling to industrial sites, I regularly participate in project reviews, performance reviews, and progress meetings to reconcile indicators, planning, and reports with operational realities. This proximity to the teams allows me to more quickly identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement.
