You have a project that needs to be completed: a reorganization, a program to structure, a transformation to lead; and you want someone to frame and manage it through to completion, with your teams. This is what I do: an engineer by training, I managed construction sites before spending more than three years in organizational consulting, on about ten assignments for public and semi-public organizations (agencies, local authorities, public institutions).
As a PMO, I support these projects end-to-end, from diagnosis to implementation.
- I start by understanding the situation on the ground (interviews, data, workshops): what works, what hinders.
- I define the target with the client, then the path to achieve it: who is involved, when, with what resources.
- Then I maintain this plan over time: I set up reporting, I lead steering committees.
I also intervene in AMOA (IT assistance to the contracting authority): supporting the contracting authority, I represent the business needs, I frame and help to make decisions, whether the project concerns an organization, a department, or an information system.
At the Office cantonal de l'énergie de Genève, for example, I framed and structured a portfolio of fifteen projects (interviews, prioritization, briefs) and led the monthly steering committees. At the Agence de l'eau Seine-Normandie, I led the diagnosis and defined the transformation roadmap for an IT department of 85 employees: 34 interviews, a questionnaire to all employees, a presentation, and an action plan.
