I relieve HR teams, HR management, and executive boards when HR needs to remain operational at short notice – for vacancies, growth, reorganization, change projects, or operational overload.

As an Interim HR Manager, I take on temporary responsibility: pragmatic, structured, and close to day-to-day business. I quickly integrate into existing organizations, identify priorities, and ensure that HR topics continue to run reliably, are clearly structured, and regain momentum.

My focus areas are operational HR management, HR business partnering, recruiting, onboarding, personnel development, HR processes, HR digitalization, and change management. I provide support both as an operational backbone in ongoing HR day-to-day business and in projects where structures, processes, or responsibilities need to be reorganized.

I bring over 15 years of experience in personnel management – including as HR Manager, Training Manager, Head of People & Culture, and Head of Administration and HR. This allows me to understand HR not just from a conceptual perspective, but from practical implementation: with managers, employees, interfaces, deadlines, systems, and real operational realities.
