Nina Blauwart

In charge of a zero-waste pilot project for a neighborhood in Bordeaux, mobilizing about thirty environmental associations and local stakeholders. Objective: to reduce household waste by 10% through prevention, support, and psychosocial approaches. On the agenda: shared compost bins, sewing workshops, zero-waste cooking workshops, conferences, building-level activities, zero-waste refrigerators, ... unprecedented events and door-to-door outreach to engage directly with residents. Leading this network, I managed the steering committee and the team, which included a communications officer, young people in civic service, and volunteers. Responsible for end-to-end project management, my daily activities included: financial monitoring, budget adjustments, relations with funders (ADEME, Nouvelle Aquitaine Region, CUB, Léa Nature, etc.), action planning, indicator tracking, reporting, and communication tools.

My missions:

- Coordinate the operation of the three sorting centers in Lot

- Monitor the intake and production of recoverable materials for each partner community

- Track performance indicators

- Coordinate and lead a working group to optimize a sorting center, including performance trials, characterization, and results analysis...
