In my previous projects, I held the roles of project leadership and project management.

This included the development of strategic options and tactical possibilities for new applications and their integration possibilities into existing or new business models/applications, particularly with a focus on banking and insurance.

This resulted in, for example, a complete redevelopment of an intranet for consultants with a connection to the new CRM system, other IT worlds, and migration to the cloud.

With the help of my planning, new consulting tools were also developed that sustainably increased and supported sales.

Creating analysis reports and conducting tests for reporting projects to the board and key account managers were also part of my tasks.

I also took responsibility for several design projects and was able to incorporate my technical understanding in the frontend (UI/UX) environment.

This includes, for example, the design of training and further education management systems and several app designs.

By specifically formulating user stories, I was able to steer and implement the previous projects in terms of content and, as a result, establish acceptance criteria for tests.

With experience in corporate and medium-sized companies in recent projects, I know how important good communication management is in an agile environment, especially when there are so many different departments and stakeholders.
