Nils Coenen

As Lead Designer, I develop the B2B partner portal where subcontractors can efficiently manage the entire sales process of SpotMyEnergy products. This includes order processing, product purchasing, and process tracking. I work closely with stakeholders to develop a solution that optimally combines business goals and user needs.

At Xing, I was a Product Designer in the team that implemented the redesign of the new homepage, among other things. My responsibilities included conducting comprehensive product discovery, leading UX workshops, and carrying out usability tests and user interviews. I accompanied the implementation and worked closely with business and tech in a product trio to develop a user-centered and strategically thought-out solution.

As part of an agile project team, I worked on the development of new features and the optimization of existing features for Mona, a digital documentation system for intensive care units. This included product discovery, prototyping, usability tests, and UI design.
