Establish the group's roadmap for the entity over 5 years. Manage IT projects in coordination with local entities (Africa, Norway, Argentina, New Caledonia, Indonesia, China). Monitor commitments, priorities, costs, and deadlines. Lead steering committees with business units. Manage an external team of consultants. Manage the budget for the perimeter > 1 Million Euros. Define product vision: Business expertise, identification of user expectations and strategic evolutions. External cost optimization. Management of group solutions, IT department projects. Planning and prioritization: Selection of high-value-added features and organization of releases. Monitoring and performance: KPI tracking and reporting. Technical exchanges with internal architects. Contractual and technical management of external teams, AMS, publisher support. Occasional on-site travel to coordinate local projects.

Implementation of complex projects and technical migration of existing projects. Management of workshops with various internal stakeholders: developers, architects, network, infrastructure, GDPR, sales, multi-site production. Coordination of resources towards the objective. Management of client needs and workshops. Adherence to envisaged needs, budget, and schedule. Continuous improvement of internal project management practices.
