I am someone who likes to think things through from beginning to end. As an editorial director in TV production, that meant developing formats, leading teams, managing projects through all phases – and in the end, measuring whether it worked.

At some point, I realized that AI is fundamentally changing the way communication works – and I didn't want to just watch from the sidelines. So I founded my agency the road not taken – and have been working at the intersection of communication and AI ever since.

Depending on the industry, this looks very different: For an architectural firm, it's about visualization and moving images; for a consulting organization, it's about AI skills, avatars, and automated processes. I look at what is really needed – and which of that can be done better, faster, or more scalable with AI.

What helps me: I quickly get into new topics – self-taught, until I really understand them. This applies to AI tools as well as Vibe Coding or new automation approaches. And what I've understood, I can also explain – in a way that resonates with the people who are supposed to implement it.
