I have 12+ years of experience as a Consultant and an Operator. After serving as a Commercial Leader at L'Oréal, I advised leading Retailers and Consumer Goods players around Europe and the Middle East, including publicly listed, private-equity-backed, and family-owned companies.
With multiple Transformation, Post Merger Integration, and Commercial Excellence projects under my belt, I have a good understanding of how to manage change in organisations involving all the stakeholders and making sure the change sticks. I have supported Change Management initiatives in a number of 1B+ revenue companies.
In addition to my work on Transformation, I have done more than a dozen Commercial Due Diligences for Private Equity funds focusing on Eastern Europe.
I do research and teach Strategy, with visiting roles at London Business School and Stockholm School of Economics in Riga where I am a Director of a joint course on Entrepreneurship with the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
