• Website & E-commerce: Update and structure website content to enhance brand visibility, user experience and promote products.

• Inventory & New Releases: Maintain product and client inventories, including SLOB (Slow-moving and Obsolete Inventory) and manage online listings across third-party platforms.

• Order Processing & Sales Coordination: Stream line order processing, invoicing, payment monitoring, and manage customer inquiries to support sales growth.

• Creative Communication & Content Creation: Design strategies to engage new audiences, create communication materials, including press releases and social media assets, and coordinate photo and video shoots for product launches.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Styling and Photo teams to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met.

• Studio Scheduling: Develop and manage e-commerce schedules for timely online release of products and capsules.

• Shoot Coordination: Oversee studio and on-location shoots for menswear, homewear, and social media campaigns, ensuring precise logistical planning.

• Budget Management: Secure funding and resources, oversee monthly expenses with the Head of Studio, and ensure projects remain within allocated budgets.

• Supplier & Talent Management: Establish strong relationships with top suppliers, negotiate contracts and fees

• Model Casting & Location Scouting: Collaborate with agencies to select ideal talent for campaign shoots, lead model casting, and scout external locations aligning with the creative vision.
