Nicole Ringe

I am an educational manager, lecturer, and learning coach with many years of experience in the conception, implementation, and quality assurance of learning and further education processes.

My focus is on developing didactically sound, practice-oriented, and motivating learning offers that truly reach learners – whether as e-learning, blended learning, or digital training.

I work entirely remotely and support companies, educational providers, and academies in the creation and optimization of educational products – from conception and text creation to the final quality check. I combine pedagogical expertise with project management competence and a high standard of structure and clarity.

My activities include the development of training materials and e-learning concepts, proofreading and quality management of finished educational content, as well as coaching and supporting learners within digital education projects.

I work analytically, reliably, and with a clear focus on target group orientation, learning success, and quality. I place great value on transparent communication and a partnership-based collaboration at eye level.
